Robert was appointed CEO for Europe in January 2015. After managing the CEE region for the previous ten years and leading the operations there to successful first positions, Robert's goal was to activate Western markets starting from Germany. Currently, the German team counts 30 people and has moved from 18th to first position as one of the most active developers in Germany. The next big step was to set up operations in the UK. Panattoni Europe undertook an aggressive spec development programme in the UK in 2017. Nearly a year on after the merger with Panattoni Europe and First Industrial, Panattoni has now over £600m of development committed to build in the UK, with a strong list of projects in the pipeline. Overall Panattoni Europe boasts an over 6.7 million sqmeter-platform of properties. The team, to which the company owes this success consists of 300 people from 6 countries.

• 2 projects for Amazon (160k and 130k sqm) - the project in Szczecin being the most advanced technologically Fulfillment Center in Amazon european network, nominated in the Mipim Awards in the Best Industrial and Logistics Development category.
• Among developed projects there are LEED Gold certified H&M facility near Warsaw and BREEAM Very Good Amazon in Szczecin and in Sosnowiec.

Robert Dobrzycki has received countless awards for his personal performance as well as the overall company's achievements in the past years. In 2018 Panattoni Europe was named Industrial Developer of the Year at CEEQA AWARDS. The verdict was announced on 25 April 2018 at the awards ceremony of the prestigious CEE Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) 2018. This is Panattoni Europe’s sixth title in this category. In this year’s edition, a total of 12 industrial space developers from Central-Eastern and Southern Europe were nominated. Nominee evaluation, selection and award processes were overseen by the international advisory firm Deloitte. Also this year, in September, Robert was announced as Real Estate Professional of the year in the Property Prize competition organized by Propertynews.pl The online voting was carried out among representatives of the Polish real estate sector.
