Real2B Development gathers top key managers with retail and shopping center experience. The company was established in 2013 by its CEO Jarosław Fijałkowski. “Quick Park” - a portfolio of 9 retail parks and shopping centres in Mysłowice, Strzegom, Olkusz, Sulechów, Oława, Konstancin, Kępno, Turek and Pułtusk of which two will be open in November 2016 (Strzegom and Mysłowice). Quick Park is a regional hybrid shopping centre with a retail park part which brings all well-known popular brands (H&M, Reserved, Cropp, Sinsey, Big Star, Ziaja, Smyk, Martes Sport) and a new chain of boutique multiplex cinemas ‘OH Kino’ to smaller cities with under 100 000 inhabitants. All shopping centres are located by the main arteries (regional and national roads). They are usually accompanied by McDonald’s restaurants.

Creation a completely new company, with a new concept of regional hybrid shopping centers, with very experienced management team. Our shopping centres offer a unique tenant mix not present before in those locations. Together with ‘OH Kino’ team we have created a chain of multiplex cinemas which will be aviable in cities where there’s no cinema at the moment (Mysłowice, Kępno, Oława, Olkusz).
