Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 15 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 10 million sqm of warehouse space in Europe. Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, has over 17 years of experience.

1.1 million among others: 5 logistics parks totalling 280,000 sqm to an Asian investor. The parks occupy strategic locations in Poland – Warsaw (Panattoni Park Warsaw North, Panattoni Park Warsaw South), Silesia (Panattoni Park Silesia I), Poznan (Panattoni Park Poznań VIII) and Szczecin (Panattoni Park Szczecin II). Following the transaction, Panattoni stays on as the facility manager at all the properties included in the portfolio.

Panattoni is the largest industrial developer in Europe and stays in this position. Within the last 12 months new operations were set up in the Netherlands and Spain, where the local teams have already embarked on several industrial projects. Since the beginning of 2020 the company has registered record number of leasing deals, accounting for more then 1.5 million sqm in Poland alone. Over H1 2020, the volume of Panattoni's transactions came to 1,543,253 sqm – up by nearly 125% on the same period of the previous year, with only 6% of the total being expansions. Over the first 3 quarters of the year, the developer delivered 600,660 sqm of space, including the A2 Warsaw Park, which is the largest warehouse building in the Warsaw. In May 2020, the fourth year in a row when Panattoni ranks first among the Top Logistics Developers by PropertyEU magazine. Between 2017-2019, the company delivered 6.31 million square meters of industrial floor space.
