Under the leadership of Peter Pecnik, HB Reavis in 2020 has successfully delivered 74,000 sqm GLA in two Varso Place buildings with ca. 100% occupancy rate. HB Reavis stepped up safety efforts to maintain health measures during the pandemic, enabling construction works on Varso Place and Forest to not stop even for a day and reach major milestones. Completed this spring Varso 1 and Varso 2 have been put into operation at an occupancy rate of nearly 100%. Despite the new reality, tenants have already launched their operations there, and more are moving in. In regards to Varso Tower, the construction has already reached more than 200 metres above ground and the company is in talks with prospective tenants. HB Reavis' focus on health, well-being proved successful in the pandemic, making it well-equipped for contactless access and seamless movement within offered work environments. The new paradigm supercharged productivity trends that it already anticipated, such as planning more flexible offices compatible with greater mobility, a rotating remote work schedule, optimal distancing and collaborative workspaces.
