- The DEKA fund has once again selected our advisors; we have successfully completed the impressive deal involving Generation Park Z office building for EUR 98 million
- We provided tax and financial support to IAD Investment during the acquisition of the D48 office building in Warsaw – it was one of the first transactions during the lockdown, which we finalized in April 2020
- Unique knowledge we acquired in the pioneering transaction in the PRS sector in the Polish market has been noticed and appreciated by the property development company 6B47 Poland – finalising the purchase of land for student dormitories in Warsaw. The buyer was advised by the Real Estate Services team
- Our tax and financial experts have also advised on a transaction involving seven companies owning shopping centers in Poland
