Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2019 and September 2020
Advising Elite Partners Capital on the purchase of five warehouse buildings in a logistics park in Mszczonów. DLA PIper subsequently advised Elite on another acquisition of a warehouse building located in Mszczonów, which is fully leased by PepsiCo. With this transaction, Elite has increased its presence in the park to six buildings with a total area of over 260,000 sq. m.

Advising KGAL on its purchase of an office building in Warsaw - Prosta Office Centre (POC), located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout. The POC comprises around 21,000 sq. m of office and retail space over 11 upper floors and 3 lower floors. Tenants include companies from the IT and advertising sectors, as well as financial service providers.

Advising pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on granting a EUR 90 million investment loan to Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate for the acquisition of Astoria, an A-class office building in Warsaw.
Participation in development projects between October 2019 and September 2020
Advising Markaz, a Kuwait investor during their first investment in Poland, on the development management agreement with Panattoni Europe and the acquisition of a real property with a total area of ca. 80,000 sq. m in southern Poland, including developing a logistics centre with 50,000 sq. m.

Advising PXF Lighting, a Polish investor, on development projects of the logistic centers in Gdańsk and Rzeszów. The projects were carried out in cooperation with Panattoni Europe, which acted as a development manager. Panattoni found the land, potential tenants and signed with them pre-lease agreements.

Advising Panattoni Europe on a joint-venture projects including shareholders agreements of a Polish limited liability company and Luxembourg holding entity as well as the development management agreements for the development of multi-let warehouse-logistics parks near Poznań and in Łódź with the aggregate area of ca. 58,000 sq.m.
