Our successes in the Oct 2019–Sept 2020 period:
- Primark – representing the leading international fashion retailer in its entry into Poland and expansion. The first store of 3,660 sqm of retail selling space opened in Galeria Młociny in Warsaw on 20 August 2020 – Primark was represented by Cresa in the process of negotiating the lease of the first store in Poland.
- Cresa represented Primark also in the lease acquisition of its store in Poznań. The unit of 3,500 sqm of retail space will be located in Posnania, the largest regional shopping centre in Greater Poland.
- We represented also such prestigious clients as TK Maxx, Carrefour, Żabka and Cukiernia Sowa.
