Mobile and online smart metering across our portfolio; as standard, all CEE facilities are fitted with LED lighting and served by online management tools (smart metering and the Singu Facility Management platform); we lead the industry with roof top solar energy. Our parks include relaxation areas, electric vehicles with solar paved charging stations, license plate readers, onsite petrol station and apartment, available for lease to for park employees. We introduce new ways that customers can benefit from the economics of scale as the region’s largest player i.e. by optimizing utility purchase (electricity and gas now received below average market price). We offer a simpler lease form: Clear Lease™, which includes fixed maintenance fees for the entire lease period, giving customers clarity on lease expenses before they sign
