Since 2004 Anna Młyniec has led the Office Agency and Tenant Representation team of over 50 experts. Focused on ethics and business efficiency, the team under Anna's stewardship is the clear leader in the field of office advisory, signing deals totalling 2.3 million sqm over the last decade. The team excels in strategic advisory to the BPO/SSC sector and has participated in the largest lease transactions in the market's history, including for Shell in Kraków (45,000 sqm).

Over the last 12 months, as the exclusive leasing agent, JLL has worked on approximately a million sqm leasing portfolio in 50 office schemes. JLL is responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies for numerous office projects, including – in Warsaw: The Warsaw Hub, Warsaw Unit, Lumen & Skylight, Marynarska Business Park, Prosta Office Centre, Wołoska 24, Neopark, Equator IV, in Kraków - K1, Porto Office A; in Łódź – Monopolis; in Wrocław – Infinity, Komandorska 12, West 4 Business Hub, in Tri-City – Airport City and Heweliusza 18, and many more. The company has in its portfolio both new flagship office buildings in Poland, as well as older assets and smaller investments, e.g. historical buildings transformed into office projects or mixed – use schemes. JLL provides a strategic proactive leasing approach to property developers, institutional investors and public sector organizations focused on increasing asset’s value. In 2019 the team transacted the biggest number of sq m on behalf of the landlords across Poland.

JLL's Office Agency and Tenant Representation team advised on leasing transactions totalling 355,000 sqm between Q4 2018 and Q3 2019. Over the last decade JLL has advised on over 1440 office lease deals of 2.3 million sqm concluded on behalf of major market players – global brands, as well as leading developers and investors. That was the best result among real estate agents.
