Nowy Targ is an investment located in the center of Wrocław, located near one of the city's main transport hubs between Dominikański square and tourist and recreational part of Wroclaw. Nowy Targ was sold to the Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate fund. It was a part of deal of selling 3 office buildings – Nowy Targ and two buildings of High5ive – worth EUR 214 M. The office part of Nowy Targ has already been 100% leased. An investment is a combination of a perfect location with modern architecture and innovative solutions.
