Key projects your company worked on between October 2015 and September 2016
• New PM mandate for Empark Mokotów Business Park in Warsaw - the largest office complex in Poland with a total area of 170,000 sq m.
• Strengthening our position in regional cities by winning new PM mandates in several buildings - Pegaz and Nicolas Business Center in Wrocław, CH2M Center in Kraków and Za Bramką in Poznań.
• Prolongation of the PM mandates for 5 buildings with Immofinanz, totalling nearly 170,000 sq m.
• Establishing a new PM mandate with the new owner of Wisniowy Business Park, Valad Europe.
• Securing PM mandate from Wisher Enterprise to manage its second building in Poland, namely Grzybowska 43 in Warsaw.
• We have initiated and processed the certification of selected buildings within our portfolio. We received new BREEAM-In-Use certificates for 13 office buildings and renewed the certificates for 9 office buildings.

• We consolidated our position in the retail segment. Knight Frank won the PM mandate for Supersam shopping centre in Katowice. The Retail Asset Management team was awarded the 2016 ICSC Gold Solal Marketing Award for Supersam Come Back campaign, a sole Solal winner for Poland.
• Introduced new service that is equity warehousing. As a property manager of Galeria Zgorzelec we are responsible for equity warehousing, management of the SPV company, asset management, letting and remodelling.

Our portfolio in the above period included 68 typical office buildings with an area of approximately 1,100,000 sq m and 17 mixed-use buildings including offices, retail, cinema, hotels and warehouse space with a total area of approximately 350,000 sq m. We are also the property manager of two hotels with a total area of 68,000 sq m.

Property management warehouse/logistics portfolio in the above mentioned period included 11 industrial and logistics buildings with a total area of approximately 340,000 sq m.
