Nowy Rynek investment is being built in the quarter of Matyi, Wierzbięcice, Wujka and Przemysłowa streets in Poznań, on 3.8 ha area. Total usable area of this multifunctional project will amount to 100 000 sqm. First building of the project was bought by Franklin Templeton Investments for EUR 73M at the initial stage of construction, whereby it was created together with the investor. Second building was bought by Corum Asset Management for EUR 36M and office space is fully leased. The project will become an important element of the new district, enriching its urban offer. Something more than an office building will be built here - an urban market that will create a friendly space for work, housing and entertainment. Nowy Rynek has LEED Gold certificate. Each stage of the project will apply for an Building without Barriers certificate.
