- Advising Panattoni on development and relations with the investors for nearly 10 logistics projects in Poland with a total GLA exceeding 300,000 sqm; - Advising Motel One on its entry into Poland and on the development of hotels, including a hotel at Tamka Street in the centre of Warsaw being developed by Strabag Sp. z o.o. and Strabag AG; - Advising an international property investment and development company on a lease and redevelopment of the Logistic Park near Poznań with a total GLA of approximately 34000 sqm toH&M, where H&M is to commence its e-commerce operations; - Providing legal advice to Alkyon Partners in relation to an investment project regarding a private dormitory developed by Alkyon Partners in Kraków - investment with cooperation with IC Campus; - Advising one of the leading international logistics providers on the development of logistics center near A2 Motorway in Poland.
