Virginie de Baere was appointed Head of Property and Asset Management in 2013, establishing a team focused on enhancing clients’ property values. Driven by local and international experience she has succeeded in achieving profitable results in a low business margin environment by strengthening excellent client relations and creating innovative solutions. Recently, Virginie and the team introduced a Premium Asset Services (Signature), Front of House, Customer Experience and Omni-Channel programs.
