SPP in last year has delivered 134 600 sqm. of the modern and flexible office space to the Polish market and another 170 300 sqm. is currently under construction. In 2018 we started to build Generation Park Y - the first skyscraper office building in SPP history. We have already been trusted by many international companies that have chosen Skanska office buildings and many of them come back to us for more office space (eg. ABB, Credit Suisse, Franklin Templeton and more). We can also boast of returning investors – Niam, Union Investment, Hansa Invest. We took over Business Link, which created five locations for flex offices in Poland and Prague. Currently, we are introducing WELL certification, receiving WELL CI and WELL C&S for Spark C in Warsaw and announced it on every ongoing office project as well as in the pipeline. Skanska has entered into an agreement on strategic cooperation regarding technology development in the commercial real estate industry with innogy Innovation Hub.
