Moje Miejsce I

Moje Miejsce is a mixed-use project that will create an open workspace for 3,500 people, apartments for over 700 people and will establish news public spaces with green areas, open squares, cafes, restaurants, shops, playgrounds and many amenities such as bike rental and car sharing stations. The first office building – Moje Miejsce I – was completed in Q3 2019 and encompasses almost 18,000 sqm. of modern commercial space. In total, the whole project includes five small residential parts offering 244 apartments and two office buildings with 34,000 sqm. Once Moje Miejsce is completed, 20 pct of the plot will be covered with a lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. Greenery will also cover roof tops. Furthermore, Echo Investment will plant trees in adjacent public areas along the extended Bobrowiecka Street. A BREEAM “Very Good” certificate confirmed that the project fulfild all energy efficiency and sustainability criteria.
