Warsaw Brewery is a project under construction in a special place in the centre of Warsaw, where the city’s future meets its past. On the one hand it includes new, developing projects and infrastructure, on the other – traces of historical, urban development featuring good energy from former craft and industrial successes. This is where the Haberbusch & Schiele brewery was established in 1846. Gatehouse Offices connect history with modernity, ecology with comfort and work with recreation. They are also the first building to complete the mission of Echo Investment to recreate the urban fabric in the quarter of Grzybowska, Wronia, Krochmalna and Chłodna streets. It is situated close to the presentable Gatehouse Square, right next to the entrance to Browary Warszawskie at the corner of Grzybowska and Wronia streets. The building consists of two parts – a step-like shaped 11-storey dominant and a 7-storey lower wing with a total area of 15,000 sqm. It was put into use in December 2018.
