(2) Hospitality program - the concept goes beyond the standard tenant amenities and involves tenants in the services management process. It was implemented to comprehensively manage service providers and monitor the quality of services, ensuring well-being of tenants.
(3) A new lobby concept in office buildings, developed in collaboration with the internationally recognized London studio, turnerbates Design & Architecture. The lobbies are not only place that visitors pass on the way to their offices, but also for meetings, co-working and relaxing.
