N-Park is a 5,300 sqm of GLA convenience retail park for daily shopping and services, designed with time saving and customers’ comfort in mind. All shop windows and tenants’ signage are well visible from the street and the car park adjacent to which there is a pedestrian passage running along the whole retail scheme, with entrances to individual premises. Walkways between the car park and the passageway are non-threshold, and parking spaces are designed close to the outlets to improve communication.
Well-known brands such as Stokrotka, Rossmann, Media Expert, KIK, Action, Fitness Academy, KFC, Domino's Pizza and an ORLEN gas station operate there. N-Park has created a new shopping destination for the Maślice housing estate in Wroclaw, being developed next to a DIY supermarket and a grocery store. It has complemented the existing retail base with new functionalities in key shopping and services’ categories adding to it also a drive-thru restaurant and a gas station.
