While studying law at Masaryk University in Brno, he met for the first time with the preparation of land for the construction of industrial properties, and since then his fascination with the industrial infrastructure never let him go. In 2011 he founded Accolade, a company specializing in investment, preparation and rental of space for light manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce, which under his leadership has moved among the most influential players in the industrial infrastructure market.

Future plans
The Group has a pipeline of over 1,8 million sqm of warehouse space for future development in 40 locations in CEE. The existing portfolio almost doubled its size in the past two years and Accolade is determined to sustain such a growth pace in months and years to come as well. The company plans to build a significant market share on all markets.

In Poland, Accolade continues to expand its biggest industrial park in Szczecin to it South and West and a new project are being prepared in Czestochowa, which is a brownfield project aiming for high BREEAM rating. Together with the project in Alsdorf, Germany, Accolade´s second project in Bochum is progressing to another phase. Furthermore, the group expanded to another foreign market, to Slovakia. The new multi-let park will be built next to Košice Airport and will help the local development of modern industry in the Košice region with really good access to other markets like Poland, Hungary, Ukraine or Romania.
Why the company deserves the award (in a paragraph you can describe the specific achievements of the company)
Accolade is the fastest growing industrial real estate company in terms of new-built properties. The last year portfolio grew by 114% in general. In total 24 industrial parks (10 of them located in the Czech Republic, 9 in Poland 2 in Germany and 1 in Slovakia) are leased to blue chip companies coming from logistics, production and retail/e-commerce. The value of the Accolade´s portfolio rose to 827 mil EUR towards the end of 2018. What is more, Accolade experienced very successful year in Poland where value of the portfolio increased by 120% and reached the value almost 400 mil EUR.
With the fast growth in 2019 and the extensive pipeline of planned projects, the Accolade group is poised to continue its rapid growth in the years to come.
