He was founder of the largest conference on coliving&coworking (gathered over 100 professionals, including representatives from Avestus Real Estate, Gloub GetHouse, Adgar, Strabag, Trigranit, Buma, Equilis, Medici Living Group, BNP Paribas Bank,Santander Bank, Cushman&Wakefield, Savills, Cresa).

Crido’s Legal team advised or is currently advising:
• Corestate Capital Holding in relation to several projects in Poland - acquisition of properties for development of serviced apartments/student housing complexes;
• IIC Global regarding purchase of a shopping mall which was one of the largest single retail transactions;
• MGG Partners concerning acquisition of a property in an attractive location close to Gdańsk old town for the purpose of development of a mixed function concept-commercial/office functions and hostel;
• DBS Development Consulting with respect to purchase of a property in a desirable location near the Warsaw Central Railway Station for the purpose of redevelopment of an existing building into a mixed function building (hotel/services);
• Borgestad ASA in regard to purchase of a major shopping center in Silesian Voivodeship.

Both projects cover acquisition of properties for the purpose of development of modern serviced apartments/student housing complexes. Our services comprise both due diligence of the properties, advisory related to transaction documentation and development of the complexes;
Providing legal services to a well known developer 6b47 in connection to an innovative investment carried out in the very heart of one of the biggest regional cities. With the particular focus on the development aspects of the performed project as it comprises development of an mixed function building (services/residential with a built-in garage) currently we are advising on the transaction documentation;
Legal advisory to Exeter Property Group -distribution center/logistics park in Świebodzin. We advice on construction-related contracts- earthworks agreement, project management & general contractor agreement.
