Among the transactions concluded during last year the following should receive a special recognition:
• PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided a EUR 50 mln construction/investment loan for the development of an Amazon distribution centre in Pawlikowice near Łódź, Poland. This was the third Amazon warehouse development financed by PKO Bank Polski after the Kołbaskowo fulfilment centre near Szczecin and distribution centre in Okmiany near Legnica;
• PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided EUR 50 mln financing for the development of 100.000 sqm warehouse complex Panattoni Park Wrocław XI, anchored by Pantos Logistics Poland and developed by Panattoni;
• PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided EUR 42 mln financing to Korean investor IGIS Asset Management for acquisition of 120.000 sqm Zalando Longue distribution centre near Olsztynek;
• PKO Bank Polski as a sole arranger, underwriter and lender provided a EUR 50 mln construction/investment loan to Echo Investment for the development of office complex Moje Miejsce in Warsaw;
• PKO Bank Polski as a co-arranger, credit agent and co-lender provided the construction/investment loan in the total amount of EUR 136 mln to Ghelamco for the development of the 45-storey Warsaw Unit office at Rondo Daszyńskiego in central Warsaw
