Vendo Park on Zielona street in Ostrołęka is Trei’s the latest commercial project and the 13th retail park in Poland. Construction works commenced on a 7,000 sqm plot in March of this year and completed in September. The property offers 3,100 sqm of modern retail area and was already pre-let in its entirety at the time construction work started. Tenants include brands that have not been currently available in Ostrołęka. The Hebe drugstore, Tedi and Dealz have all opened their first shops in the town. There are also Neonet and KiK shops. The retail park was raised in direct proximity to a Lidl supermarket and fully supplements the latter’s spectrum of consumer goods. Vendo Park is equipped with a large, convenient car park that can accommodate over 60 cars. As part of Trei’s investment, on its own initiative and at its own expense, the investor also rebuilt a section of Zielona Street and pavements. The total cost of Vendo Park in Ostrołęka equals EUR 3.8 million.
