Magdalena Szulc is responsible for managing the operations in the region and implementing the company strategy based on the development and extension of logistics and industrial real estate portfolio in key locations. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, endorsed by the RICS certificate.

Our proficiency in real estate management is confirmed by the most objective jury – customers themselves with 2018 Eurobuild Awards for Piotr Krystosiak, SEGRO Property Manager as the Warehouse Manager of the Year and also Investement Diamonds 2019 with the title Developer of The Year in warehouses category. We are constantly developing and increasing our standards. In just three and a half months 15500 sqm of production and warehouse facility has been delivered for KOMFORT in Stryków. The fast completion time of the new 15,500 sqm project was possible thanks to the use of a fully prefabricated structure, from the hall foundations, through pillars and roof girders, to a fully prefabricated external office, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete walls and ceilings.
