The CREAM leasing department consists of people who share a vast experience and a deep knowledge of the Polish retail market. They have been tracking the changes in the industry for years and are able to effectively read the market sentiments. The CREAM team specializes in projects that require special leasing attention. They not only rent, but also create commercial concepts for projects based on their character and market environment, as well as customer’s needs and expectations. Experts do the profiling of shopping centers, building a valuable offer for both the owner and customers. The project team handles the commercialization and promotion including involvement in trade fairs. It also maintains very good relations with tenants (based on fair cooperation) and cares for the quality of its contracts by observing the win-win principle.
