The Industrial & Warehouse Department at Cresa Poland is a highly specialized group of 12 experts from various backgrounds who have spent the majority of their careers in the industrial and logistics space arena. Tom built the department and significantly expanded the industrial business in Poland. During the period from Oct 2018–Sept 2019 Tom executed several significant industrial transactions for international clients such as PEPCO or ABC Automotive and was also successful in securing a major tenant representation mandate for a Fortune 100 company who will open a mega distribution and fulfillment centre in Poland, with delivery planned in mid-2021.

As a sign of appreciation for being able to set up a strong Pan-Poland industrial platform, introducing a new brand to the Polish market, closing many transactions and elevating the quality of advisory services within the industrial sector, our team should be considered for the Eurobuild Award. We represented InPost, a leader in parcel delivery in the e-commerce industry, who has signed lease agreements for approximately 120,000 sqm within 18 months in many locations in Poland. It was the largest expansion on the warehouse market in recent years. We were also successful in securing a major tenant representation mandate for a Fortune 100 company who will open a distribution centre in Poland. Our ambition is to be the dominant firm in the industrial and warehouse space arena, representing occupiers and supporting their plans in all aspects relating to the acquisition of a new production and warehouse facility.
