Szymon has almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate services with strong agency background – Landlord Leasing and Tenant Representation (market entry, expansion strategy, optimisation, exit strategy). He has supported brands such as Primark, TK Maxx and Foot Locker in entering the Polish market. His biggest success in the Oct 2018–Sept 2019 period was representing Primark in its entry into Poland and expansion. Primark will open its first 3,660 sqm store at Galeria Młociny.
