Andreas Quint (CEO)

Andreas Quint was appointed CEO of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG as of 1 January 2018 and is thus responsible for corporate strategy and the operational Real Estate Divisions (Investment and Asset management, Development and Engineering) as well as the Human Resources, Organisation & IT and Corporate Communications departments.

CA Immo constructs and brings to market high-quality and sustainable commercial real estate in Central European capitals, in Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. CA Immo either transfers completed projects to its portfolio or sells them to investors. One objective of development activity is to raise the quality of the company’s portfolio and thereby achieve organic growth. On the other hand, the company increases the value of land reserves by acquiring building rights and utilises them by means of sales or joint venture developments.

The Austrian CA Immo-portfolio comprises of investment properties - mainly in Vienna - as well as a city quarter development at Erdberger Lände. In Germany CA Immo focuses on developing and realising everything from new properties to entire city districts in Germany.
The CA Immo office buildings in Prague impress with their prime locations, visibility and the advanced infrastructure. In Warsaw’s the property portfolio of CA Immo is mainly located in Central Business District, including Class-A-office buildings like Warsaw Towers, Saski Crescent or the newly developed Poleczki Business Park. In Hungary the portfolio is mainly located in Budapest. CA Immo is invested in large and medium-sized office properties in favorable locations in different submarkets in the capital both of Pest and Buda side. The real estate market in Bucharest is very promising and one of the most important strategic locations for CA Immo.

Visionary in Prague: The office is located in one of the most dynamically developing districts in Prague. This acquisition was an important step in the expansion of CEE core portfolio, jointly leading to a yearly rental increase of up to € 7.9 m. With company’s strong German development pipeline, which is progressing according to plan, CA Immo is well on track to meet the financial goals for this year.

Campus 6.1 in Bucharest: The development is located in the Central West area of Bucharest. With this transaction, CA Immo continued to pursue its target of continuous development and expansion of CEE core market portfolios.
