The brand Avison Young is still quite new in the Polish commercial property market. We started as Apleona GVA in 2017, shortened the name to GVA in 2018 and - as a result of the company's acquisition by global Canada-based firm - rebranded to Avison Young in 2019. Despite these changes, we maintained good relationships with "old" clients, gained trust of the "new" ones and closed transactions totalling ca. EUR 600 M, including three above-EUR100M projects. Firm's market achievements and great team spirit attracts subsequent market professionals - recently it was Marcin Purgal, director from Knight Frank, who joined our team. We keep expanding and thriving.
