Top-quality materials and modern technological solutions are being applied in construction of the building, the result of which is to be a contemporary looking and luminous structure. The design for the building was authored by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio.

Q22 is the best example of implementation of outstanding and innovative sustainable techniques and technologies. One of those is very innovative system of photovoltaic panels. The innovative solution, which took into account the specificity of the building, has been developed by Maybatt.
