Last 2 years were breakthrough for CBRE Asset Services department. Only in Poland we took over property management of almost 25 new assets which GLA exceeds 750,000 sq m what is more our team has grown from 80 people to more than 190 employees. The similar expansion has been noticed in other CEE CBRE Teams i.e. in Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia or Romania where i.e. we have been instructed with management of over 180 000 sq m of new commercial space. Our global knowledge platform provides complementary services of property management, finance and accounting, technical management and tenant care. CBRE Asset Services Team delivers complete property management services focused on realizing of the goals of property owners and taking care of tenants’ satisfaction by constant costs optimization and property value increase. We work very closely with other Departments of CBRE i.e. Retail, Office, Industrial and Investment Properties in order to achieve the highest Client’s satisfaction level.
