At SEGRO since 2006 i.e. the beginning of company operation in the region. In 2009 promoted to the position of Business Unit Director Central Europe. Magdalena Szulc is responsible for managing the operations in the region and implementing the company strategy based on the development and extension of logistics and industrial real estate portfolio in key locations. She has over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, endorsed by the RICS certificate.

SEGRO’s strategy includes implementing ecological and sustainable solutions. Each new warehouse is certified in BREEAM system. In 2017 the new part of building C at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, received the BREEAM certificate with a VERY GOOD rating. Its score of 63.9%, is the highest of all warehouses in Poland to date.
SEGRO recently replaced over 3500 traditional external lights in all logistics parks across Poland to modern LED fittings. The whole process was the developer’s initiative and took only six months. It is not only cost effective but also improves the working conditions and the security level.
SEGRO minimises the negative impact on the natural environment already at the construction stage, e.g. by waste segregation, decrease of water consumption and the reduction of CO2 emission by the construction equipment.
SEGRO provides also a unique approach and high-level service proven by 94% of customer’s satisfaction level regarding in-house Property Managers team
