Recently we hear and speak a lot about wellbeing and placemaking. One of the major challenges in today’s investment process and mixed-use projects is to meet the needs off all potential users of the space. The target group is very diverse. Our activities are focused on inclusion and universal design which means that we do not only think about disabilities but also about elderly people, parents with children, people with temporarily reduced mobility and tourists with heavy luggage. Our 25-year's experience shows that we need to take this groups under consideration at every stage of the investment process. Our auditors evaluate buildings in order to certify the compliance with Integration’s unique standards of certification. On November 16 we organize the Great Gala of Integracja for almost 2,500 persons with disabilities. At this event, every year we try to show our impact and influence on the market to give people information about new possibilities and inclusive services.
