The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
Maraton building marks with adiabatic air humidify system using chain of nozzles to atomise water. The system is powered by heat energy which is low-cost then traditional electric technology. Properly humidified air is important for users health and efficiency.
Technical innovations
Substantial way of saving energy in common spaces are movement sensors use to control lighting by BMS (Building Menagement System). BMS reduces interior lighting in offices, halls and entrance by 50% at night hours between 11 pm and 6 am.
