The company activities in environmental protection
NEINVER maintains strict waste segregation rules for customers and tenants. We collect rainwater for irrigation. We create green areas with native species, beehives for bees and nesting boxes. Almost 100 % of the energy used in outlets in Poland comes from renewable sources. We monitor the lighting of facades and advertising totems. We significantly optimize water consumption and make maximum use of daylight in facilities. In 2024, we created a pocket park in Poznań.

In 2022, NEINVER outlets in Poland obtained the first global AIS accessibility certificate in the country, determining the degree of accessibility of space. The centers actively cooperate with supporting foundations, such as Uśmiech Dziecka, Rak'n Roll, Noski Noski, Psie Pole, etc., also in pro-social activities promoting a healthy lifestyle, such as the Cracovia Marathon.
