The Nhood Retail Team provides retail leasing services for 55 shopping centres across Poland totaling 368,000 sq m GLA, including 24 projects within the Ceetrus portfolio of over 224,000 sq m GLA (among others: Galeria Bronowice (35,000 sq m GLA), Port Rumia (21,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Piaseczno (39,000 sq m GLA), Galeria Łomianki (43,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Bielany Wrocław (55,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Komorniki (32,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Mikołów (30,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Bielsko Biała (27,000 sq m GLA), CH Auchan Gdańsk (41,000 sq m GLA), 28 retail assets within Auchan portfolio across Poland of approx. 45,000 sq m GLA and Leroy Merlin Szczawno Zdrój 18,500 sq m GLA. In addition the team is also involved in re-commercialisation of Blue City in Warsaw and Plac Unii in Warsaw.
