From June 2023 to today we have gained as many as 15 new clients and 95 new projects from new and existing clients, which means that our real estate practice is rapidly growing.
We have advised on some of the most significant real estate deals in Poland, such as AccorInvest Group (one of the largest real estate transactions in the CEE: EUR 1.06 billion), Johnson Matthey PLC (in two major greenfield investments: several billion EUR), Oxenwood Real Estate on its debut in the Polish market, and the Polish Security Printing Works Agency in a largest greenfield transaction.
Awards and market recognition. Very recently we were distinguished as ‘Law firm of the year’ at the Europa Property Baltic Real Estate Awards. Our work has been shortlisted by CEE Deals of the Year Awards, and Europa Property CEE Investment Awards (also within the law firm of the year category).
