In the PRS sector, Nrep is introducing innovative concepts to Poland, notably the Noli Studios co-living platform, which was opened in November 2024. In May 2024, another rental housing platform, Lett Kłobucka, was launched. Currently, Lett apartments are offered in three locations in Warsaw: Kłobucka, Markowska, and Lazurowa. Over the past year alone, Nrep has invested approximately EUR 120 million in three assets, comprising over 1,000 units across both platforms. Currently, around 700 units are operational, with an additional 1,900 under construction. Moreover, the assets integrated into the PRS portfolio go above and beyond the sustainability market standard for residential properties in Poland. This is achieved through ESG certification and the incorporation of sustainability solutions aimed at a substantial reduction in carbon footprint.

Expansion of the Lett rental housing platform with another location in Warsaw (Praga Północ). This project features 179 apartments and has achieved a BREEAM "Very Good" certification. It stands out for its use of low-emission materials and energy-efficient systems, including a hybrid heating hub and solar panels. Notably, it offers modern amenities such as a coworking space and a children’s playground, meeting the rising demand for innovative and sustainable living environments.
Future plans
Nrep will open additional Noli Studios in Poland in the coming months and plans new projects in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Kraków. This will be achieved by setting decarbonization targets, implementing sustainable practices, investing in innovative technologies, and forming strategic partnerships.
