Signal Capital Partners advising on a joint venture with Echo Investment and Griffin Capital Partners to develop Student Space, a student housing platform in Poland. Additionally, we advised the platform, StudentSpace, on the acquisition of two plots for the development of dormitories in Kraków.
NEPI Rockcastle advising on the €373m acquisition of the Magnolia Park shopping centre in Poland from Union Investment. The acquisition is the biggest single-asset shopping centre transaction in CEE in recent years.
Nrep advising on the €200m acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R. It was one of the largest deals in the logistics sector in CEE in 2023.
Stena Real Estate advising on the €86m acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska. It was one of the major office deals in Poland in 2024.
