The company’s data is assured by LRQA,Inc. using the AA1000 AccountAbility Principles, ensuring transparency. Prologis reports on environmental impact, social initiatives and governance practices, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability, with a focus on achieving net-zero emissions by 2040.

Since 2008 buildings are due to BREEAM certification. Recently Prologis obtained:

• Prologis Park Ruda Śląska, DC3 – BR Excellent, 2024
The company activities in environmental protection
•The goal net-zero emissions by 2040. In 2024 SBTi verified it as credible and achievable
•100% of new dev. In CEE are sustainably certified
•Promoting energy efficiency with LED lighting in 74% of total portfolio
•Installing in new dev. Solar collectors, photovoltaic panels and heat pumps to optimize the use of non-renewable energy
•In parks free electric vehicle chargers are available
•Promoting cycling by installing bike shelters,repair stations and organizing free bike check-ups for clients
The company activities in social responsibility
•Every employee receives 32 paid hours to volunteer with nonprofit organization
•Impact Day – annual day of service since 2013 when employee volunteer with a local organization
•Prologis made a 100,00 EUR donation to employee-submitted initiatives as part of the Dock Doors of Giving – holiday campaign
•In 2023 Prologis spent approx. 1,700 EUR per employee on learning and development
•Organizing free health screenings for customers at parks (more than 20 events each year)
