Office block Five is the fifth edifice forming a supplement to the modern Quattro business Park.
The characteristic form of the building was designed by the renowned Kuryłowicz and Associates architectural firm on the base
of a triangle with harmoniously rounded corners. This original form make Five a recognisable, showcase building in a main
thoroughfare of Krakow. At the same time, its layout makes it possible to split every storey, while the tenants can effectively
arrange the leased space according to their own needs: either into a more traditional floor plan of rooms or into open space. fiVe
has undergone certification according to the british Breeam system.
