“G” is the crucial part. We have an independent board of directors who advise and supervise our activities. We have set up ESG, Investment, Risk & Audit and Remuneration committees that report to the chairman of our company. It determines the management team’s bonuses. The bonuses are attributed to those that are delivering on that agenda.
