Our portfolio consists of 42 office buildings as exclusive commercialization in 6 Polish cities, which in total gives nearly 720 000 sqm (GLA). The largest transactions concluded with the support of JLL include those signed by: Warsaw Unit in Warsaw (59 385 sqm), The Warsaw Hub B in Warsaw (43 460 sqm), Mokotów Nova in Warsaw (43 000 sqm), Focus in Warsaw (32 788 sqm), Bema Plaza in Wrocław (32 000 sqm), The FORM in Warsaw (30 723 sqm), Alchemia phase II - Ferrum Titanium in Gdańsk (25 378 sqm).

As JLL Office Agency, we assisted on the largest leasing deals in Poland, including one in Warsaw for Samsung Electronic Polska (21,500 sqm) and one in Wrocław for BNYM in Centrum Południe 3 (20,500 sqm), in Wrocław for Confidential in Green Day (15,000 sqm), in Warsaw for Lionbridge in Konstruktorska Business Center (14,000 sqm), in Kraków for Cisco Systems Poland in Enterprise Park C (12,600 sqm), in Warsaw for confidential client in Warsaw Spire A (12,000 sqm).
