CBRE Global Investors is a very active investor – in the field of purchases but also divestments and active asset management actions. The company works actively with the investments and once the time is appropriate for a disposal, the property is being divested. During the last year, a number of transactions with a total value of 0,6 billion EUR was transacted in Central Europe. This includes mostly acquisitions but also divestment of several retail properties in the Czech Republic. After the success of Ogrody shopping centre redevelopment in Elblag, other small redevelopment was done in Europa shopping centre in Banska Bystrica.
