7R:facilitated 7R's strategic partnership with NREP involving a EUR 200 million equity investment – one of the largest deals involving a real estate developer in Poland in 2023, recognised as “Investment Deal of the Year, CEE” by the Eurobuild

Globalworth:advised on the over EUR 63 million sale of the Warta Tower to a company from the Cornerstone Investment Management platform – one of the largest office disposals in Poland in 2023;

Robyg S.A.:advised on a JV with Yula Lux S.A.R.L involving residential projects with over 100,000 square metres of usable residential areas – the largest residential transaction in Poland in 2023;

Echo Investment S.A.:assisted in incorporating its residential business into Archicom, creating one of the largest residential developers in the Polish market; and

Mennica Polska: advised on acquiring control over Warsaw's Mennica Legacy Tower
