This year, Yareal Polska has completed the largest office development project in the company’s history – the LIXA campus. The complex fits perfectly with Yareal Polska’s ESG-compliant sustainable development strategy. The construction is powered by electricity from renewable sources. In addition, low-emission concrete and low-carbon recycled aluminium to reduce the carbon footprint or collecting rainwater and using it to irrigate vegetation are just some of the environmentally friendly energy-saving solutions applied in the development. One of the features that make LIXA stand out is the LIXA City Gardens concept. The concept creates a new urban fabric and a unique public space open for both the office employees, local community and guests along with clients looking for an interesting place to spend their free time and unwind. The concept features 4,000 sqm. on the ground floors of the individual buildings (including along the 150-metre-long public walkway) dedicated to retail and F&B.

The LIXA D and E office buildings form the final stage of the LIXA campus being erected in the business centre of Warsaw. They offer more than 28,000 m2 of space and are one of the largest office projects completed in Poland in 2024.
