The industrial capital of the European region of Upper Silesia - Katowice - has been experiencing a construction boom for a decade, driven, among others, by the development of new industries 4.0. In a city full of tradition, the modern Face2Face office complex was completed by ECHO Investment. Its authors – designers from Grupa 5 Architekci studio masterfully combined seemingly distant contexts. The project offers users a modern office space separated from car traffic and the intimate courtyard introduces a unique green garden space equipped with public functions designed by MAŁECCY design office in cooperation with Grupa 5 Architekci

Face 2 Face creates a new place on the business map of Katowice, where in addition to high quality architecture and workspace, it offers a unique green space in the heart of the city. The idea of the campus is to create a complete facility tailored to the needs and expectations of it users.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
The office space becomes an attractive space for users with a unique panorama. The facade of the building is subdued, with geometric divisions planned in monochromatic colors to make the building look contemporary even years later.
Technical innovations
The F2F campus has been awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The entrance halls of the buildings open in two directions: towards the city and towards the semi-private zone of a green garden isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a number of service functions.
