Top Woman in Real Estate initiative - 5 years of activity

Top Woman in Real Estate is a project that has changed the real estate industry. It was born out of the need to recognize and show the world the role of women who are leading important and groundbreaking projects. Thanks to the measures taken the perception of women working and developing in this sector has transformed. Special programs continue to be implemented in companies, which enable the entity to obtain the title of "Pro-Women Company." As a result, the percentage of women in leadership positions in the real estate industry has increased significantly in recent years. The initiative was founded as a startup 5 years ago and is now a widely recognized brand. The first to be created was a contest and gala, where we reward the most important women working in commercial real estate. The program gives wings, equips and mentors young women gifted with knowledge and talent. More than 100 women have already received support - they have developed their careers and are successful in business. After just its second year, the program has already received an award in the prestigious competition for mentoring programs for its innovation and real support of women in their development.
