Description of the entry into the Polish market
The idea of creating a specialized Polish advisory company to support investors, real estate landlords and developers has been in the making for the past 10 years.
It is said that there is no good time to leave the corporate world and start a new business. However, life writes its own scripts and a series of events led to the creation of immo lab.
Because of our experience including the successful conclusion of hundreds of transactions in the investment real estate sector, as well as our market knowledge, we established a company that provides business and consultancy services. As a group of advisors and brokers, we have the competences to effectively support the client at every stage of the investment process. We are able to develop a complete investment product on the basis of one element, such as land investment. Our experts will organize financing, choose a general contractor, and find a buyer for the completed building. We strive to create a business scheme which is tailor-made
