Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2015 and September 2016
• We advised Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management on the acquisition of the Stary Browar Commerce, Art and Business Center in Poznań from Fortis Nowy Stary Browar Sp. z o.o. Stary Browar is a unique combination of retail space and art gallery.
• We advised Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company on the acquisition of Silesian Retail Portfolio from BlackRock, comprised of two shopping centers in Southern Poland: Pogoria and Karolinka.
• We advised Warburg-HIH Invest on the acquisition of the PRIME Corporate Center located in Warsaw from the Golub GetHouse.
• We advised Globe Trade Center S.A. on legal and financial aspects of the acquisition of Office Center Neptun in Gdańsk, and the Sterlinga Business Center in Łódź. The acquisition took place within two months of the commencement of the negotiations.
• We advised GTC S.A. on the acquisition of Pixel, an iconic and unique office building located in Poznań.
• We advised Union Investment on the acquisition of the shopping centre FERIO Konin.
Participation in development projects between October 2015 and September 2016
• We advised an investment management company on legal, tax and financial aspects of the several real properties acquisition for the construction of a distribution centre.
• We advised an investment company on legal matters concerning the preparation of the development of a new shopping centre scheme. The new scheme is planned to have more than 100,000 of total GLA.
• We advised a development company on a joint venture that will develop and commercialize an office tower.
• We advised Panattoni Europe in relation to the transaction with PZU regarding the construction and lease of four modern multi-tenants warehouse buildings located in Stryków of approx. aggregate area of 95,000 sq.m.

For years, we've been involved in the biggest real estate transactions in Poland which confirms our high position on the Polish market (as an example in 2015 we represented the purchasers in 5 out of 10 biggest transactions accounted by the real estate agencies).
Our unusually broad-based practice strength has resulted in another incredible 12 months. Last year was our best since ever and we are all set to do even better this year.
We have continued to grow in what is now an incredibly exciting market – both in Poland and internationally. Our real estate revenue is now higher than it was before and we continue to add significant prestigious clients at a time when our existing clients are seriously active.
